These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revvly ("Revvly", "we", "us", or "our"), an affiliate marketing platform that enables users to promote products from participating merchants and earn a share of resulting commissions. By creating an account or using Revvly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Revvly provides tools that let you create and share affiliate links and marketing content for products sold by third-party merchants and affiliate networks. When a qualifying purchase is made through your Revvly-generated links, the relevant merchant or network pays a commission to Revvly, and you receive a share of that commission according to your subscription plan, as described in these Terms.
Revvly is an independent platform. We are not the seller of any promoted products and are not responsible for the fulfilment, quality, pricing, or delivery of merchant products.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Revvly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate contact and, where required, identity and payment details. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination and forfeiture of improperly earned amounts.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with access to platform features. No payment is required to begin the trial. During the trial you may create links and accumulate a commission balance, but you cannot withdraw funds until you activate a paid subscription (see sections 5 and 6).
At the end of the trial, access to certain features is restricted until you subscribe to a paid plan.
Revvly offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may be charged in Nigerian Naira (₦) or US Dollars ($) depending on your selection. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.
When a qualifying sale is generated through your Revvly links, the commission paid by the merchant or affiliate network is received by Revvly. You are entitled to a percentage share of that commission determined by your subscription plan (for example, higher plans grant a larger share). The applicable share is shown on your plan and dashboard.
Commissions are only considered payable once they are confirmed and paid to Revvly by the relevant merchant or network. Commissions may be reversed, cancelled, or adjusted by merchants or networks (for example, due to returns, cancellations, or fraud). Reversed commissions are deducted from your balance accordingly.

Violations of merchant or network rules can result in commissions being reversed by those parties, and may lead to suspension or termination of your Revvly account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where required to comply with merchant, network, or legal obligations. We log the reason for any such action.
Fraudulently or improperly earned balances may be withheld or forfeited. If an account is terminated for fraud or serious breach, any associated commission balance may be cancelled, and related commissions may be returned to the merchant or network.
You may close your account at any time. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees already paid.
Revvly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings, commissions, traffic, or results. Your earnings depend on your own effort, the merchants and networks involved, and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revvly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, commissions, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of Revvly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Revvly are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
