• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.
• Identity verification (KYC) — government-issued identification and related details, required before your first payout.
• Activity data — affiliate links you create, content generated, clicks and commissions attributed to you, and payout requests.
• Technical data — basic device and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and provide the platform's features.
• Process subscriptions, calculate commissions, and make payouts.
• Verify your identity and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Send you service communications, notifications, and important updates.

3Who we share information with

We share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate Revvly. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service:

Identity verification (KYC) documents and financial records are retained for the period required to meet legal, tax, anti-fraud, and regulatory obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

Under the NDPR and applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your information.

Affiliate links you share may use tracking parameters and cookies set by merchants and affiliate networks to attribute sales; those are governed by the respective networks' own privacy policies.

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data and respond promptly to any issues.

8Children

Revvly is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
